  • All deposits are refundable if cancellation is made at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance.
  • All Transfers Service is not responsible in case of a mechanical breakdown while in the vehicle and will only be responsible for recovering the lost time on a mutually agreed date.
  • The customer assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any member of their group.
  • The sanitation fee is USD 250.00, if required.
  • Consumption of alcohol and drug use inside the vehicle is prohibited by law.
  • Removing the body through the roof is also prohibited by law.
  • Any fine will be paid by the customer.
  • The driver has the right to terminate the ride without refund (if there is a flagrant indiscretion by the customer).
  • ATS is not responsible for delays or bad weather caused by unsafe road conditions (no saltwater, accidents, floods, etc.) or any act of God.
  • Balances, if any, will be paid to the driver on the date of execution before the start of the ride.
  • Vehicles can not be loaded beyond seat and luggage capacity and the driver has the right to refuse the ride due to city regulations.
  • Any time required beyond the scheduled reservation time will be charged in 30-minute increments at the standard hourly rate for the specific vehicle.
  • All vehicles owned or operated by ATS are designated as non-smoking and are thoroughly cleaned prior to each entry if time permits.
  • ATS is not responsible for any item or property that has been forgotten on the vehicle. Please inspect the vehicle before you leave.
  • For your own safety and as required by law, all passengers must wear seat belts at all times while providing the service.

Term and conditions for online payments with credit card


All online payments/reservations to ATS (All Transfers Service) charges are subject to the following conditions.


1. ATS accepts the following cards:

  1. Visa
  2. MasterCard
  3. Discover
  4. American Express
  5. Pay Pal


2. Credit cards security terms:

  1. Payments will be processed directly by PAY PAL Merchant Services using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
  2. Credit card numbers are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the Internet.
  3. ATS does not have access to your credit card details.


3. Reserve confirmation:

  1. If successful, ATS will confirm that your reservation has been accepted and  payment was completed, this will guarantee you 100% that ATS will provide you with the transfer service requested on your reservation.
  2. If unsuccessful, ATS will advise that your payment has failed.  ATS will not be advised why a payment has failed, therefore, you should contact your credit card provider for details.
  3. If your payment fails, please use one of the other payment methods available. Please arrange an alternative payment method promptly.


4. ATS will confirm your reservation and payment details via email.


5. Cancellation policy:

  1. All cancellations up to 12 hours before reservation time will be 100% refundable.
  2. If you have any questions regarding your payment, please contact ATS and ask to speak with our customer service representative.

6. ATS’s Terms and Conditions for online credit card payments are subject to change at any time. Each transaction shall be subject to the specific Terms and Conditions that were in place at the time of the transaction.

Reservation policy and airport payment

All reservations online must be done with a credit card on our website via PAYPAL, which guarantees our 100% service (read point 6 of our Terms and Conditions for online payments with credit card, which also guarantees 100% refund in case of early cancellation).


When customer is unable to locate our driver, he/she should call our customer service immediately to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Customer should never LEAVE PICK UP POINT without notifying our customer service to avoid unnecessary charges to your credit card.



Meet and Greet

This service requires the driver to wait for the customer holding a sign with a name on it at the baggage claim for domestic flights and after customs for international flights. There is an additional USD 25.00 charge for this service.

Outside curb pickup

This is the most popular and economical service we have, avoiding the USD 25.00 Meet and Greet and waiting time charges, since going through customs and waiting for the bags takes more than an hour. Our chauffeur will be available to pick you up 45 minutes after plane has landed avoiding this way any extra charges. When you are ready to leave the terminal you can call us at our toll free number from any pay phone at the lobby, just pick up the hand set and dial 1877 376 1131, and our representative will tell you how to locate your driver. Suggestions for a faster and easier curbside pick up

Many customers prefer to be picked up at arrivals level. However, the number of people and vehicles makes it difficult for them to meet with their driver quickly.

To make the pick up easier and faster ATS suggests pick up to be at DEPARTURE LEVEL last door. When making the reservation you will be asked WHICH LEVEL is convenient for you.
